Objective:

This is the first certification course in a series of two. It’s designed to help technicians access routine repair, maintenance, and diagnostic service information quickly and efficiently. The next level, ShopKey Pro & SureTrack Advanced Level 2 Certification, showcases additional features such as in-depth service manual information, SureTrack, Tips, and Quote and Estimator functions. This course is a prerequisite (must be passed first) before you can access the ShopKey Pro & SureTrack Advanced Level 2 Certification course.

• Identify the key dates associated with service and repair information
• Use the module menu to find service information quickly
• Describe the features unique to SVG wiring diagrams and navigate them efficiently
