Objective
Students that earn the Fundamentals of Bending, Flaring, & Swaging Certification will understand the importance of safety, proper technique, the different types of copper tubing, and their specific applications in fluid systems used in Plumbing and HVAC. Additionally, students will be able to safely demonstrate these proper techniques for bending, flaring, & swaging copper tubing in fluid systems through the completion of hands-on lab activities in the classroom.
