  • Calibration Surface Finish:

  • Determine when a calibration should be performed.
  • Perform a Field Check on the surface finish tester.
  • Application, Usage, and Maintenance:
  • Demonstrate proper setup of the surface tester to perform a measurement.
  • Prepare the surface tester for measurement, including screen setup.
  • Measure various components and interpret readings.
  • Perform required maintenance on the surface tester, to include cleaning of the screen, removing the cable and stylus, and storing the tester in it’s case.
